The present general conditions govern the sale of the products presented on the site of:

Our product offers are valid while stocks last, in mainland France, DOM-TOM (971, 972, 973, 974), Corsica, Monaco and Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia). For the rest of the world, please contact us directly.
Any order implies acceptance of prices and description of products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will occur in the context of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

Our prices are quoted in Euros all taxes included and take into account the taxes in force at the time of printing. If one or more taxes or contributions, including environmental, were to be created or modified up or down, this change may be reflected in the selling price of items in our catalogs and sales documents. They are guaranteed subject to error of estimate or impression.

For sales to Switzerland and DOM-TOM, the prices will be automatically without taxes, during the passage
to payment. Any additional charges (customs, etc.) will be at the customer's expense.
No item can be sold at a loss.
Keep your invoice, it will be requested in case of exchange or warranty claim.

The JaimeMaVoiture shop draws the Client's attention to the fact that, in the case of an online order on the website, information entered incorrectly or incompletely (notably the recipient's address) may lead to errors in execution of the order (especially in its delivery) which can not in any case be charged to the store JaimeMaVoiture .

The Customer must accurately check the ordered product (s), quantities, and the place of shipment of the order.

An order can always be canceled by the JaimeMaVoiture shop in case:
- failure to pay by the Customer within the specified time, the price of the order.
- unavailability of the ordered product (s) and / or impossibility to provide the service (s) for which an order has been placed.
- force majeure (in particular: unpredictable delay in deliveries, non-availability from the usual supplier).

Payment of the full price is due immediately on the date of the order. Orders are made in euros.

To pay an order, the buyer has several means of payment detailed below:
- Payment by credit card Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard.
- Bank transfer

Payment by credit card is done:
Directly on our site thanks to the secure server of the LCL bank, guaranteeing you a secure online transaction.
The credit card is debited from the total price of the order upon authorization obtained from the JaimeMaVoiture store issuing the Customer's credit card.
Credit card payment uses 3DS protection to ensure maximum security.
You will be asked for a verification code during the transaction to finalize your payment.

Following many payment disputes by check, we no longer accept this form of payment.

For orders by bank transfer, after selecting your products you simply need to choose the payment method "Bank Transfer" during the ordering process.
Our bank details (IBAN / BIC) will then be displayed during the validation of the last ordering step.

As part of the fight against fraud on the Internet, information about any order may be forwarded to any third party for verification.

To place an order on the Site, the customer must proceed to the creation of an account, either in the process of ordering when choosing his method of payment, or beforehand, by clicking on the "Register" icon which appears in home page.

The customer is then asked to choose a username and password to confirm.

The customer will be solely responsible for the consequences of the use of his account, until the deactivation thereof.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated to us during the ordering process.

Delivery delay
The ordered product is delivered by the postal circuit or by an independent carrier, according to the nature of the product ordered and the exclusive initiative of our shop JaimeMaCar , to the address appearing on the order form.
The announced deadlines are indicated from our warehouses.
The choice of the mode
delivery depends on the weight, volume and value of the items.

Delivery problem
In case of Damage observed, you must make reservations characterized on the delivery note. The mention "subject to unpacking" does not constitute a qualified reserve and has NO LEGAL VALUE. It is therefore essential that you accurately describe the condition of the packaging and / or your product. (Ex: Breakage noise, Opened package, damaged packaging, torn, depressed ... on the bottom right corner, product scratched, depressed, on the left flank ...). Please note: The verification of the status of your product is considered to have been made once the delivery note has been signed . Therefore, IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE INDICATIONS ABOVE, NO COMPLAINT WILL BE RECEIVABLE. (Article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code).

If your product is really damaged, you must refuse the package and note a
on the delivery note (parcel refused because opened or damaged upon delivery, precisely characterize the damage). After receipt and acceptance of your parcel by our services, depending on the nature of the product, available stocks and according to your wishes, we will offer you to reship the product initially ordered or an exchange product with equivalent characteristics.


Any modified or painted product is not returned, exchanged or refunded.

Returns for retraction
Terms of return
Or in the article L.121-21 of the Code of the Consumption, you have a delay of fourteen days as from the date of reception of your order, to return any article not fitting you, in its packing of origin and in good condition, suitable for its marketing and ask for the exchange or refund, except the cost of return. This refund will be between 2 to 14 days maximum.
ATTENTION: No withdrawal will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for marketing.
Therefore :
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unopened, unsealed, undamaged, unmarked ....
- The product must be accompanied by all its accessories.
Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
In order to correctly process your request, thank you to send your return request by email, accompanied by the invoice of the product. You will be refunded within 14 days maximum by credit card or bank transfer (depending on the payment method you used) after receipt of the parcel by our return service.

Return costs for withdrawal
Return costs in case of rescalation remain the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee of hidden defects
In application of articles 1641 and following of the civil code, you also benefit from the legal guarantee of latent defects. Only products with proven hidden defects may be returned under this condition.
According to this article, the customer who declares that his product suffers from a hidden defect must prove it. Thus, an expertise of the product must be requested by the customer from a mandated expert so that it certifies the hidden defect.
If the expertise confirms that there is a hidden defect, the authentic document must be sent to our customer service as soon as possible. Upon receipt of the document, a return agreement number and the procedure to follow to return your product will be communicated by our customer service. The costs of returning your product are your responsibility. Acceptance of your return will be done after finding the defect hidden by our services. The guarantees do not cover:
replacement of consumables (bulbs, LEDs, rings, brushes, batteries, discs, filters, fuses, jaws, pads ...
abnormal or improper use of products.
defects and their consequences related to the ut

defects and their consequences related to any external cause.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by our JaimeMaVoiture shop constitute the proof of all the transactions made between our JaimeMaVoiture shop and its customers.

The transaction history between our JaimeMaVoiture shop and the customer can be consulted at any time on the Site under the heading "MY ACCOUNT", "ORDERS".

Any old material (deposit) must be returned within 30 days.
Any old material received after the period of 30 days will not be refunded the deposit paid during the order, it will be reshipped at your expense.
Any old material received in several pieces or incomplete will not be resumed and therefore be refunded.
In order to properly process your request, thank you to remind us your order number and your full details, as well as the invoice of the product. A check for the amount of the deposit will be sent back to you
30 days after receipt of the parcel by our return service.

Any instructions deposited directly on our point of withdrawal will be treated within the same timeframe mentioned above.


All "lighting" parts sold by our JaimeMaCar shop are guaranteed for 1 year, excluding consumables (bulbs, LEDs, rings).
Warning :

- for the warranty to be valid, we will need the production number of the product, which is present either on the label glued on the headlight for example, or on the cardboard packaging. It is therefore imperative to keep this information (cartons and labels) so that we can take over warranty returns .

- we advise you to keep your original headlights : if a product is defective (for example, leds are defective on the rear lights or front headlights), we must return it. Your original headlights can then troubleshoot while waiting for the time to take over the warranty.

Any modified parts (drilled, welded, etc.) will lose any warranty.
The warranty applies for normal use, no warranty is granted as a result of assembly
defective or bad maintenance. Our warranties are strictly limited in any field and in particular within the framework of articles 1641 and following of the civil code to the only replacement of the defective parts or products, the postage costs in case of return, as well as the costs of labor of assembly and dismantling remaining the responsibility of the customer and JaimeMaCar can not in any case be liable to pay damages and interest for any reason whatsoever. JaimeMaCar excludes any warranty in the event of force majeure, negligence or lack of maintenance, improper use or faulty assembly.
The installation of Xenon kit on headlights which prohibit it (emblem "no hid" or other designation of the manufacturer), cancels the guarantee.
Important note: To avoid any water intake, and / or mist inside the headlights, it is necessary and mandatory to redo the seal (using silicone gasket for example). If this condition is not met, JaimeMaCar excludes any warranty on the product (s).
All consumables are not guaranteed (bulbs, LEDs, rings, etc.).
Any return of guarantee must be sent by the customer to our after-sales service. The part will be appraised by the supplier who will take chargee the exchange or repair of it. We inform you that the exchange or repair operation may take 5 weeks upon receipt of the part. The repaired part will be redirected to you by our JaimeMaCar shop. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Our shop JaimeMaCar reserves the right to automatically disable, without notice or compensation, the customer's account in the following cases:
- non-compliance by the customer with the general conditions of sale and the general conditions of use,
- no payment by the customer of the sums due,
- actions contrary to the interests of our JaimeMaVoiture shop.

The customer who wishes to disable his account will let our JaimeMaCoiture know via a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Z-DISCOUNT SARL - 5 rue Louison Bobet, 93600 Aulnay-sous-bois .
Our shop JaimeMaCar is committed to disable the account within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of this letter.

The served onesthese are normally accessible by the customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all year round.
Our shop JaimeMaVoiture nevertheless reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily close the access and will not be liable for damages of any kind that may result from this fact.

You declare to have read and accepted these Terms of Sale before placing your order. Validation of your order is therefore acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

All photos and the content of the site (description, reference, etc.) are protected by copyright. They can not under any circumstances be copied or reproduced. Any use of trademarks by the company JaimeMaCar in its invoices, commercial documents or cartons is made only as a reference necessary to qualify the designation of the product. It can not cause any confusion on the origin of the piece, in accordance with the provisions of article L713-6-b of the code of the intellectual property.
