The present general conditions govern the sale of products presented on the website of :
THE OFFER
Our product offers are valid while stocks last, in Metropolitan France, DOM-TOM (971, 972, 973, 974), Corsica, Monaco and Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia). For the rest of the world, please contact us directly.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will be settled within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
PRICES
Our prices are given in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, and take account of taxes in force at the time of printing. Should one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental taxes, be introduced or modified, either upwards or downwards, this change may be passed on to the selling price of the items in our catalogs and sales documents. They are guaranteed subject to quotation or printing errors.
For sales to Switzerland and French overseas departments and territories, prices will automatically be exclusive of tax at the time of payment. All additional charges (customs, etc.) will be at the customer's expense.
No item may be sold at a loss.
Keep your invoice, as you'll need it in the event of an exchange or warranty claim.
ORDER
The store JaimeMaVoiture draws the Customer's attention to the fact that, in the case of online orders on the website, incorrect or incomplete information (in particular the recipient's address) may lead to errors in the execution of the order (in particular in its delivery), for which the boutique cannot be held responsible JaimeMaVoiture.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Payment of the full price is due immediately on the order date. Orders are placed in euros.
To pay for an order, the buyer has several means of payment detailed below:

For orders by bank transfer, after selecting your products you simply need to choose the "Bank transfer" payment method during the order process.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to any order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
To place an order on the Site, the customer must create an account, either during the ordering process when choosing a payment method, or beforehand by clicking on the "Register" icon on the home page.

DELIVERY TERMS AND DELIVERY TIMES IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE
General
Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the order process.
Delivery times
The product ordered is delivered by the postal service or by an independent carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and at the exclusive initiative of our store JaimeMaVoiture, to the address on the order form.
Delivery times are quoted ex-warehouse.
The choice of delivery method depends on the weight, volume and value of the items.
Delivery problems
In the event of CONSTABLE damage, you must express your reservations on the delivery note. The words "subject to unpacking" do not constitute a reservation and have NO LEGAL VALUE. It is therefore essential that you give a precise description of the condition of the packaging and/or your product. (e.g.: sound of breakage, open parcel, packaging damaged, torn, dented... on the bottom right-hand corner, product scratched, dented, on the left-hand side...). You must also confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail at the latest within 48 working hours of receiving the item(s), and send a copy of this letter via our contact page, making sure to quote the references given on the delivery note. Please note: Verification of the condition of your product is considered to have been carried out once the delivery note has been signed. Consequently, IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE INDICATIONS, NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED (Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code).
If your product is really damaged, you must refuse the parcel and note a reservation on the delivery note (parcel refused because opened or damaged during delivery, characterize the damage precisely). You must also confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail no later than 48 working hours after receipt of the item(s), and send a copy of this letter by e-mail to our customer service department. Please note: The verification of the condition of your product is considered to have been carried out once the delivery note has been signed. Consequently, IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE INDICATIONS ABOVE, NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED (Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code).
After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, depending on the nature of the product, available stocks and according to your wishes, we will offer to reship the product originally ordered or an exchange product with equivalent characteristics.
RIGHT OF RETURN
Any product modified or painted will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
Returns for retraction
Return policy
In accordance with article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging original packaging in good condition, suitable for sale and request an exchange or refund, excluding return shipping costs. Hidden defects warranty
In application of articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, you also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects. Only products with a proven hidden defect may be returned on this basis.
In accordance with this article, the customer who declares that his product suffers from a hidden defect must provide proof of this. In this case, the customer must request an expert appraisal of the product to certify the hidden defect.
If the expert opinion confirms that there is a hidden defect, the authenticated document must be sent to our customer service department as soon as possible. On receipt of the document, our customer service department will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. You are responsible for the cost of returning your product. Your return will be accepted only after we have established the hidden defect. Once your return has been accepted by our services, your product will be exchanged.
Guarantees do not cover :
replacement of consumables (bulbs, LEDs, rings, brushes, batteries, disks, filters, fuses, jaws, pads, etc.)
abnormal or improper use of the products.
defects and their consequences resulting from use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended (e.g. competition),
defects and their consequences due to any external cause.
PROOF
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by our boutique JaimeMaVoiture constitute proof of all transactions between our store and you JaimeMaVoiture and its customers.
The transaction history between our store JaimeMaVoiture and the customer can be consulted at any time on the Site under "MY ACCOUNT", "ORDERS".
CONSIGNE
Old material (deposits) must be returned within 30 days.
Any old material received after the 30-day period will not be reimbursed for the deposit paid at the time of order, but will be reshipped at your expense.
Any old material received in several pieces or incomplete cannot be taken back and consequently will not be reimbursed.
In order to process your request correctly, please provide us with your order number and full contact details, as well as the purchase invoice for the product. A cheque for the amount of the deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of receipt of the parcel by our returns department.
Any deposit deposited directly at our collection point will be processed within the same deadlines mentioned above.
GUARANTEE
All "lighting" parts sold by our store JaimeMaVoiture are guaranteed for 1 year, excluding consumables (bulbs, LEDs, rings).
Please note:
- for the warranty to be valid, we need the product's production number, which can be found either on the label affixed to the headlight, for example, or on the packing carton. It is therefore imperative that you retain this information (cartons and labels) so that we can handle warranty returns.
- we advise you to keep your original headlights if a product is defective (e.g., defective LEDs on rear lights or front lights), it must be returned to us. Your original headlights will then be able to help while you wait for the warranty to be honored.
Any parts modified (drilled, welded, etc.) will lose all warranty.
The warranty applies to normal use; no warranty is given for faulty assembly or poor maintenance. Our warranties are strictly limited in all respects, and in particular within the scope of Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, to the replacement of defective parts or products, with shipping costs in the event of return, as well as assembly and disassembly labor costs, to be borne by the customerJaimeMaVoiture shall not be liable to pay any damages whatsoever.JaimeMaVoiture excludes any warranty in the event of force majeure, negligence or lack of maintenance, improper use or faulty assembly.
Installing a xenon kit on headlamps that prohibit it ("no hid" emblem or other manufacturer's designation) voids the warranty.
Important note: To prevent water and/or fogging inside the headlamps, it is necessary and compulsory to reseal the gasket (using silicone sealant, for example). If this condition is not met,JaimeMaVoiture excludes any warranty on the product(s).
All consumables are not guaranteed (bulbs, LEDs, rings, etc.).
All warranty returns must be sent by the customer to our after-sales service. The part will be examined by the supplier, who will then exchange or repair it. Please note that the exchange or repair operation may take up to 5 weeks from receipt of the part. The repaired part will be sent back to you by our store JaimeMaVoiture. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION
Our store JaimeMaVoiture reserves the right to deactivate the customer's account without notice or compensation in the following cases:
- non-compliance by the customer with the general terms and conditions of sale and the general terms and conditions of use,
- non-payment by the customer of sums due,
- actions contrary to the interests of our store JaimeMaVoiture.
Customers who wish to deactivate their account will notify our JaimeMaVoiture by e-mail.
