Also for your information, and only as a summary, here are some details about the returns:
1 / In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its packaging original and in new condition as at the reception, suitable for its marketing and request the exchange or refund, except for the cost of return.
The repayment term is generally 3 to 5 days (the law imposes a refund within 14 days maximum).
ATTENTION: No withdrawal will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for marketing.
2 / All products modified, or painted, can not be refunded or exchanged.
Before installing any products that require modification or painting, it is NECESSARY to check the compatibility on your vehicle by performing a "white" installation .
To avoid any dispute following a return, you will be asked to make photos, dated, before returning the product .
3 / It is IMPERATIVE to checkproud parcels upon receipt (by opening the parcel), in the presence of the deliveryman. If the package is damaged, or with missing parts, you must refuse the package, and do not sign the receipt.
Without application of this instruction, any claim for damaged or missing product can not be taken into account.
This is even more important for larger packages such as: bumpers and bonnets.
Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
